Storage:

Titer By direct ELISA:
1:10,000 dilution will yield 0.4 O.D using alkaline phosphatase conjugated rabbit anti-mouse Ig (Jackson Laboratories). 1:50 dilution will block 70-80% of CTLL proliferative response to 50 units of r.human IL-2.
