We have purified several proteins with different "tags " . There are many different purification “tags”. We’ve used about all of them, so if you don’t see your specific tag or methodology below, that doesn’t mean we don’t do it.
The most commonly used "tags" for protein purification include
- Histag, Maltose Binding protein (MBP), Glutathione S-transferase (GST Tag) , S-tag, Flag TM Peptide, Thioredoxin tag, T7 Tag, Lac Z ( Beta-galactosidase) and Green fluorescent protein (GFP).
