Formulation:
The GDF10 solution (0.5mg/ml) contains 10mM Sodium citrate (pH 3.5), 1mM DTT, 40% glycerol and 0.1M NaCl.
Stability:
GDF10 although stable 4 °C for 4 weeks, should be stored desiccated below -18 °C. For long term storage it is recommended to add a carrier protein (0.1% HSA or BSA).
