Description:
The E.coli derived recombinant 28 kDa protein is genetically engineered peptide which is derived from Dengue Type-4 Envelope. This region also contains a common antigen for Dengue type 1, 2 and 3.
Applications:
Each laboratory should determine an optimum working titer for use in its particular application.

Purified by proprietary chromatographic technique.
Purity:
Protein is >95% pure as determined by 12% PAGE (coomassie staining).
Formulation:
Phosphate buffered saline, pH-7.4.
Stability:
Dengue Envelope ST4 although stable at 4 °C for 1 week, should be stored below -18 °C.
