Description:
Recombinant HBsAg adr full length monomeric protein contains 227 amino acids of the S-gene a molecular weight of 24 kDa. Small amounts of dimer and trimer forms also exist in the solution.

Applications:
HBsAg was tested in ELISA with anti-HBsAg antibodies (capture and conjugate).
Immunochromatography (capture and conjugate).
Immunogen for monoclonal antibody production.
Purity:
Greater than 98.0% as determined by analysis by RP-HPLC.
Formulation:
Sterile Filtered solution containing 10mM phosphate, 145mM NaCl and 0.1% NaN3 as a preservative.
