The E.coli derived recombinant His-Tag fusion protein contains the HCV NS3 immunodominant regions, amino acids 1192-1459.
Applications:
HCV NS3 Genotype-1c antigen is suitable for ELISA and Western blots, excellent antigen for detection of HCV with minimal specificity problems.

HCV NS3 Genotype-1c protein was purified by proprietary chromatographic technique.
Purity:
HCV NS3 Genotype-1c protein is >95% pure as determined by 10% PAGE (coomassie staining).
Formulation:
