The E.coli derived recombinant protein contains the full length of the NS5B immunodominant regions and fused to a 6xHis tag at C-Terminus.
Applications:
HCV NS5B antigen in ELISA and Western blots, excellent antigen for detection of HCV with minimal specificity problems.
Purification Method:
HCV NS3 Genotype-1a protein was purified by proprietary chromatographic technique.
Purity:
Protein is >95% pure as determined by SDS-PAGE.
Formulation:
1.5M urea, 25mM Tris-HCl pH 8.0, 0.2% Triton-X and 50% Glycerol.
Stability:
HCV NS5B although stable at 4 °C for 1 week, should be stored below -18 °C.
Please prevent freeze thaw cycles.
Specificity:
Immunoreactive with sera of HCV-infected individuals.
