The E.Coli derived HEV protein contains the HEV immunodominant regions from ORF2 452-617 a.a.
Applications:
HEV ORF2 antigen is suitable for ELISA and Western blots, excellent antigen for detection of HEV with minimal specificity problems.
Purification Method:
HEV ORF2 protein was purified by proprietary chromatographic technique.
Purity:
HEV ORF2 protein is >95% pure as determined by 10% PAGE (coomassie staining).
Formulation:
25mM Tris-HCl, 1mM EDTA, 0.5M urea and 50% glycerol.

Immunoreactive with sera HEV-infected individuals.
Storage:
HEV ORF2 protein although stable at 4 °C for 1 week, should be stored below -18 °C.
