Description:
IL-23 Human Recombinant produced in HEK 293 cells is a heterodimer (IL23A co-transfected with IL12B), containing one polypeptide chain of IL23 protein (19.77kDa) fused with a C-terminal His tag and one polypeptide chain of IL12b-Flag (35.69kDa).
The IL-23 is purified by proprietary chromatographic techniques.
