Description:
SNRPD1 Human Recombinant produced in SF9 is a glycosylated, polypeptide chain having a calculated molecular mass of 14,306 Dalton.
SNRPD1 is expressed with a -6x His tag at N-terminus and purified by proprietary chromatographic techniques.

Small nuclear ribonucleoprotein Sm D1, Sm-D1, Sm-D autoantigen, snRNP core protein D1, SNRPD1, SMD1, SNRPD, HsT2456.

Source:
Sf9 insect cells.

Applications:
Western blot with anti-Sm positive patient sera.

Purity:
Greater than 80% as determined by SDS-PAGE.

Formulation:
SNRPD1 is supplied in 20mM HEPES buffer pH-7.6, 250mM NaCl and 20% glycerol.

Stability:
Store at 4 °C if entire vial will be used within 2-4 weeks. Store, frozen at -20 °C for longer periods of time.
Avoid multiple freeze-thaw cycles.

Physical Appearance:
Sterile Filtered clear solution.

Coating Concentration:
0.4-0.8 µg/ml (depending on the type of ELISA plate and coating buffer). Suitable for biotinylation and iodination.
